Those of you that frequent Hook might have seen this, but for others, just FYI (as noted, whatever you thought about him, too bad to hear of this development):

"OK, I'm gonna go ahead and throw it out there for anybody who'd care to put out a good vibe or two. I'll also tell y'all it's for Elsabong (= "Smi2les" for us Forumites), for any of you who'd care to refrain. I won't say what's happened to him without his permission first, but he has landed in the hospital with a serious issue, and could really use some heady, healthy vibes. Thank'y.

Fred" (admin at Hook, generally all around nice gal, etc.)

Here's to our old pal two-dles and hopes for a swift recovery. Frankly glad to have his whereabouts known, I was thinking, just for a minute he might have gone to France. If you know what I mean...

Yep! And after all those trolls after him, he seemed like a nice guy by comparison! He was eventually banned at Hook, but frankly, I got to know him over there, and we never had anything but friendly exchanges without any real nonsense. In fact, I think I could say that about my interactions with him hereabouts, though I know he got on people's nerves and such with the whole multihandle biz...he never mistreated me, to my knowledge...

All Light and Life and Love to those who want and need it.

I actually do a healing list every morning for anyone who wants help.

One of the rules my teachers explained to me though is the person who receives the healing must ask for and or accept it.

Blessings Be!

It always makes me sad to know that we're all human. If only we could be happy, and healthy forever.

But, of course, not to be, as I know myself.

I always try to put the positive out there, and hope that karmically it comes back to me.

I also believe in taking the most positive approach, so my hopes are always for the best...

I sound so frikkin' Pollyanna. Oh well, that's just the way I feel.

Please get better.

Hey, Pollyanna--it beats the heck out of the alternative! You can bring your positive vibes around here any time! I ain't going to call them unrealistic, no sir...the more in your spirit, the better.

Thanks, BT. I do believe that positive is better than negative. That's why I rarely allow myself to flame. There's just too little love going around.

I have been known to study a little Buddhism in my past. I have a strong belief that there's so much about this world that I am completely oblivious to, that how could I possibly not avail myself to all ideas. That being said, there's a hell of a lot of hokum out there as well.

Meanwhile, I have to say that I associate more to my natural Judaism than any other particular dogma.

I don't really have too much tolerance for people who spend a lot of energy judging... There I go, judging again...

Judaism never been my cup of tea , nor Christianism , because these are mostly dogmas made by men but the symbolism in various branches of Bouddhism express ideas beyond religionswhich like nationalisms never reached beyond local obstinated opinions ,men's opinions . Had to grow up in a catholic country which luckily als ad a revolutions to free the lands of obnoxious priests ! Evolution is a personnal trip ,The Grateful Dead was a nice stopover ,but all things considered more like saterdays nights fevers than a ship for eternity because deadheads are also only human people too scattered to want eternity together !It was fun ,yes but fun is not enough when hardtimes come by !That was a lesson I had to understand about deadheads and when nobody cared then i had to survive nonetheless as Life wanted it so ,Staggerleib .

Skies-
I have to say that though it may be a language barrier, I don't really understand at all what you're trying to say.

I feel that religion is so personal a thing that the only objection I have to it has to do with the tendencies for people to use it as a shield or umbrella for otherwise oppressive behavior.
